कॉलेज में डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन के वक्त लगने वाला दस्तावेज :
1.मेरिट लिस्ट या रैंक कार्ड ( जिसमें UAN नंबर लिखा हुआ होगा )
2.स्नातक सेमेस्टर 1 का एडमिशन रसीद की फोटोकॉपी
3.12th का एडमिट कार्ड / मार्कशीट का फोटोकॉपी
4.आधार कार्ड का फोटो कॉपी
5.जाति प्रमाण पत्र (यदि लागू हो)
Note : 1.छात्र/छात्रा अपने से संबंधित स्थान से अपना पंजीयन प्रपत्र सत्यापित करने के पश्चात ही पंजीयन शुल्क के लिए ऑनलाइन भुगतान करेंगे।
2.पंजीयन प्रपत्र, संबंधित स्थान से स्वीकृति होने के पश्चात पंजीयन शुल्क ऑनलाइन भुगतान करने के लिए छात्र/छात्रा यूजर आईडी के रूप में (UAN No.) और पासवर्ड के रूप में (password) का उपयोग कर लॉगिन करेंगे।
